One-On-One Personalized Coaching
Built around where you are right now, we partner to bring clarity to any situation and a purposeful path forward. Our coaching style is guided by the Breakthrough Coaching Method, shaped by decades of combined counseling, coaching, and leadership experience, paired with intuitive practices.
Sessions are done virtually via Zoom for 50 minutes. Each 50-minute session is $160, and payment is due before meeting.Â
Coach Training and Certification
In just four weeks, become a Certified Breakthrough Coach, guided by the founders of Sol Coaching and co-creators of the Breakthrough Coaching Method. Enrollment is open now for the next training beginning April 4, 2027.
You will learn the unique method step-by-step, so you can confidently lead transformational coaching sessions and earn your Breakthrough Coach certification.

John Sherrodd is an experienced coach, mental health therapist, and award-winning author with a commitment to guiding individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and awakening. With an intuitive understanding and deep connection to the universe, he has empowered clients over the past 25+ years to embrace change, heal, and unlock their highest potential.
John was instrumental in developing Sol Coaching's unique coaching method, which integrates his extensive background in therapy and intuitive practices. In addition to his role at Sol Coaching, he is a licensed mental health therapist at Full Life Counseling, specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy. John is the celebrated author of A Deeper Connection and supports purpose-driven clients at Inspire Now Group.
John has earned a master's in counseling from The Seattle School of Psychology and Theology. He has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and holds various affiliations in mental health and counseling.
His unique blend of expertise makes him a trusted guide for those seeking healing and alignment.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Kari brings a unique perspective to her work helping clients uncover and build on their innate talents as the foundation for real, lasting growth.
