Sol Coaching offers transformational life coach training and continuing education for certified coaches, beginning with The Breakthrough Coach Training for initial certification and continuing with advanced classes that help you keep that work alive: sharpening your presence, deepening your craft, supporting ongoing growth, and offering clients stronger guidance as you grow into the coach your clients need you to be.
All continuing education classes are available exclusively to Certified Breakthrough Coaches who have completed Sol Coaching's initial training. Here, you’ll find the continuing education requirements and class options designed to maintain your certification and strengthen your coaching practice, including self-of-the-coach development and specialized support for working with fear, self-doubt, and client stuckness—so you can sustain your credentials, deepen your effectiveness, and stay connected to a community of professional coaches.

Continuing Education Requirements Highlights
Staying certified is designed to be achievable and meaningful through a structured program. There are no additional costs or activities than what's stated below required to keep your certification. There are never any hidden fees.

3 credits required every 2 years

Credits are earned on a rolling two-year cycle, beginning from your initial certification date, as part of the renewal process

1 credit = 1 two-hour live online class

Credits are tracked automatically upon full attendance after each live class meeting. There is no paperwork or follow-up required.

Cost per class is $150 so that means it only costs $225 each year to remain certified while also benefiting from new trainings, relationships with like-minded coaches, and belonging to a community of committed professional coaches who want to see you succeed. Naming the Present Moment
This hands-on class helps you notice and name what's unfolding in a session so you can understand present behavior without rushing to interpret or fix. Learn to trust your intuition and offer clients pure presence and honest reflection tailored to the individual client or coaching moment.
Includes three real-life coaching rounds plus reflective discussion with fellow coaches.

Fear, Self-Doubt, and Stuckness

This class prepares you to meet fear without fixing it, sit with self-doubt without absorbing it, and help clients move through challenges from stuck to open while creating a supportive space and staying rooted in the moment. It also shows you how to understand present behavior while identifying existing strengths to build solutions. As clients begin to open up, that can be a clear sign of progress.
