You don't have to navigate it alone. Our Awakening Partnership is here to meet you exactly where you are, with no pressure to have it all figured out. These experiences can feel as exciting as they are disorienting, and having someone who has already walked this path beside you makes all the difference. Together, we'll help you ground these new energies, make sense of what's stirring inside, and reconnect with your sense of safety and self.
Each session is 60 minutes, and both of the lead coaches and co-founders at Sol Coaching join you, bringing their own unique experiences and perspectives to truly meet the depth of what awakening can ask of you.

The Akashic Records are often described as an energetic library containing the complete history of your soul — its experiences, lessons, and infinite potential. During an Akashic Reading, we access this profound resource to explore the essence of who you are, the life you’re living today, the lives your soul has experienced, and the questions or challenges that matter most to you.
An Akashic Reading offers the potential to illuminate your current path and purpose, provide healing from past experiences or energetic blocks, and offer guidance for your next steps — all through the lens of your soul’s unique journey.
At Sol Coaching, we embrace a perspective that extends far beyond Earth and even the Milky Way. We believe in the existence of a greater universe and are trained in accessing the Galactic Akashic Records. This means your session could uncover past lives and experiences across the cosmos, offering a truly expansive view of your soul’s history and purpose.
What can I expect in Akashic Reading session?
Your session is a sacred space, designed to support your growth and healing. As with all Sol Coaching services, you can trust your session to be completely confidential. Here’s what you can expect:
Connection: We’ll begin by grounding and setting an intention for the session.
Exploration: Your guide will open the Akashic Records and connect to your specific records.
Guidance: You’ll receive insights, messages, and practical steps that may provide you with more clarity and confidence.
Integration: We’ll close the session with time to reflect on what's been uncovered and any further questions before your guide closes the Akashic Records.
Sessions are 60 minutes and conducted one-on-one virtually via Zoom or telephone. You can choose what you're most comfortable with when you schedule your appointment. If requested, you may also receive a recording of your session.
Sessions are available worldwide, but please note they're conducted in English.
Who will I work with for the reading?
Kari Sherrodd, Coach and Sol Coaching Co-founder, is currently accepting Akashic Reading clients.
Kari combines her natural gifts with training in Galactic Akashic Reading under the teaching of Debbie Solaris, as well as studies in the teachings of Linda Howe and ongoing training and working toward certification in the transformative work of Dolores Cannon.
Through her deep connection to galactic existence, Kari has uncovered profound insights that go far beyond Earth, exploring the multidimensional layers of the soul’s journey. In your session, she will help you access the fuller story of your soul — a cosmic perspective that connects the dots, fosters healing, and empowers you to step into your most authentic self.
